We’ve got two new exciting updates in our HEXIS Cutflex range of films for heat press.  Introducing GLITFLEX, bling to make your t-shirts sing.  Plus,  Hexis FLEX100 just got an upgrade, introducing FLEX1000 series. 

 

GLITFLEX:  A thermal bonding film with a glitter effect, suitable to heat transfer applications to cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics.  Ideal for the creation of medium-large sized logos and images.  Available in 8 glitterly colours!

FLEX100 has had an upgrade.  FLEX1000 has a thinner material and non-adhesive liner, making it quicker and easier to weed, with less breakage.  It’s low-tack liner also allows kits to be prepared in advance and prevents the removed parts after weeding from sticking and from subsequently being pressed. 

It is designed to facilitate cutting and weeding of detailed graphics and works well on textured and thick textiles too, from t-shirts to luggage, and even baseball caps!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • FLEX 1000 has exactly the same great 17 colours, just like FLEX100, but with an additional 4 new colours
  • FLEX 1000 has a non-adhesive liner which makes weeding easier with less breakage
  • You must remove the liner cold (warm for metallics)
  • FLEX1000 is ideal for thick and textured fabrics as well as cotton, polyester, acrylic and mixed fabrics, so it can be used across a wider range of textiles
  • The pressing temperature remains the same at 160 degrees for 20 seconds while applying strong pressure
  • Matte surface finish
  • Same great price!
